This is a beautiful venue for weddings or renewing of vows, choose indoor, or outdoor settings! The barn can seat 180 guests with tables and chairs. We will accomodate up to 200 outdoors. Sample floor plans are available.
Tables & Chairs
We will provide white resin padded folding chairs and round tables. Our staff will help set up the tables and chairs once the time block begins. Please be able to submit a floor plan within 30 days of your event.
Linens
We can provide linens for an additional cost.
Decor
You may add your own decor to the barn and outdoor area. Please know, that it will need to be preappoved by staff. Please contact us for any questions.
Catering
You are able use your caterer of choice. They do need to be a licensed and insured catering company. If you need recommendations, please contact us.
Please be aware that there is no kitchen in the barn therefore no food can be prepared on site.
Alcohol Policy
The renter may provide a hosted bar to their guests. The renter is permitted to bring wine, beer and cocktail drinks. The bartender must be licensed and insured by the state of Colorado.
Clean up
Renter is required to leave the premises clean and ready for the next use. This includes spills and debris removed from floors, walls and chairs; floors swept and all trash cans emptied and trash removed from the grounds.
Renter must check out of building with our staff before leaving the property at the end of the event.
